The New Toys for Boys in 2013

In 2013, there have been (and still are) amazing releases of knickknacks, baubles, devices, and electronic gadgets. Considering the best new toys for boys 2013 is also considering the fact that there have been so many! There are an abundance of toys to choose from – hundreds in fact. However, I’ve managed to narrow my favorites down to a sleek top 3.

Each of the following toys is designed to be durable, reliable, safe, amusing, and above all, educational. I love the new releases with learning experiences as a main focus! Thus, each of these has a factor of entertainment combined with essential development for a youngster’s imagination.

LEGO Halloween Pumpkin 2013 (40055)

Halloween is right around the corner, and I couldn’t be more excited! Especially because everyone everywhere is gearing up for the night of ghastly fun and spooky entertainment. Trick-or-treaters are preparing their costumes, churches are hosting safe and secure festivals, and haunters are getting ready for their busiest nights on the haunted trail. And me? Well, I’m getting ready with this new LEGO Halloween pumpkin! He’s creepy and brilliant – added to the fact that he’s 100% custom built with only 52 stackable LEGO pieces. The pumpkin is grinning ghoulishly and looks completely 3D when he’s entirely put-together. He’s also topped with a wisp of green stem!

LeapFrog LeapPad Ultra Tablet

8GB of memory in a tablet my kids can use? I’ll take it! Children can load up on games, music, movies, and everything else that will keep them occupied and entertained for hours on end. The Ultra assures that children have plenty of room for their multitude of intriguing, different downloads – in addition to a kid-perfect, child-appropriate WiFi with built-in parental, safety controls. Dubbed “Kid Connect,” the WiFi system ensures children see only what they’re supposed to, staving off images and content that would otherwise be deemed unsuitable for youngsters. Which means parents (myself included) can all breathe a big sigh of relief!

Air Hogs Hyper Actives 5

Have you ever seen an R/C automobile with 5-wheels? Now you have! The AH Hyperactive is exactly what the name suggests – a 5-wheeled hyper, active vehicle with tons of added torque and an extra wheel for higher speeds, faster turns, and extreme, intense stunts. The performance power of this car is outrageous, and the tires are shock-absorbent for impact on all-terrain grounds.
